Poltrona Frau Leather Pot Cover
The leather cover of the Leather Pot, available on its own: a cylinder of Pelle Frau® leather with hand-waxed edges and a fin-shaped handle. Ideal for dressing a vase or plant pot you already own, or for adding a further colour to an existing collection.
The cover, on its own merits
Many clients discover the Leather Pot and promptly wish to dress every vase in the house. The Leather Pot Cover makes this possible. It is the same cover that accompanies the glass vase, made from two strips of Pelle Frau® leather joined into a cylinder and defined by a line of contrast stitching.
That stitching forms a small fin-shaped handle, and the edges are waxed and dyed by hand, tone on tone. The result transforms an ordinary plant pot into something that would not look out of place in a Poltrona Frau showroom.
A practical refresh
The cover is also the simplest way to change the colour of a Leather Pot you already own, or to replace one that has served long and well. Because the three sizes match the glass vases exactly, the covers are interchangeable across the collection. We recommend checking the dimensions of any vase or pot of your own before ordering.
Nine leathers to choose from
Choose from four shades of Pelle Frau® ColorSphere® leather, three shades of soft Pelle Frau® Nest leather and two versions of Pelle Frau® Motif Weavers, a digitally printed leather inspired by woven basketry. The Poltrona Frau logo is hot-stamped on the outside, or on the inside for the Motif Weavers versions.
